MyTherapy Mobile App Alternatives

I use the MyTherapy mobile app - mytherapyapp.com/ - to stay on top of my daily self-managed medication, therapies, and measurements - it's really useful, and I encourage people to check it out if they're not using something at the moment. It's free too.

However, I would like something that I can access from both my computer (in a web browser) and my mobile phone - the MyTherapy app doesn't support that unfortunately, the data can only be accessed on your mobile device. Does anyone have any alternative recommendations? (free or paid subscription)

(or, if someone knows a trick with getting the MyTherapy app data onto the computer, please advise!)
