New Photo ID cards

Hi there fellow ataxians.

Just wondering does anyone know when the new photo ID cards are likely to be sent out? Not sure if anyone’s back in the office yet.

I paid & sent everything off just before lockdown was announced so didn’t expect anything for a while due to the situation, but now just wondering if anyone’s back processing & sending them out?

Many thanks in advance😊

🤔It’s likely things have ground to a halt temporarily because of the current situation, and most staff are working from home. But, it’s worth trying the Helpline number.

Hi

All the staff at Ataxia UK are still working from home and don't know when they will be able to get back to the office. It is not known yet when the new ID cards can be produced again, but rest assured they will! As Beryl said, if you any queries/problems/questions in the meantime please do not hesitate to contact the Ataxia UK helpline.

Best wishes

Harriet
