Another Day, another challenge

First the door lock failed on washing machine and engineer cant come till 31 March; I slipped on bathroom floor and Ken had to get bath lift out to lift me off the floor; sainsburys online grocery site wont accept any of my payment cards; the tip has closed; the charity shops have closed and now the council has stopped collecting garden rubbish. Hey ho.. stay safe and keep smiling .. there are some compensations but I'll save those for another post.

Well Patsy, what a morning! As long as you haven't damaged anything like your hip or back its probably been an unpleasant shock you could well have done without but that's all.

One of the pitfalls of ataxia is that some of us are apt to behave retrospectively in that because we could easily manage something some months ago we launch ourselves into that specific task again, ignoring our decline during the intervening period. Then Ooops! Hope dignity has now returned.
