Update from feeling fed up

Firstly thank you everyone for your understanding of how I was feeling last week.

This site is so wonderful. I was thinking shall I call the pychologue or shall I post in here. I posted here and received such great support - thank you everyone.

An update on my oestodemia in my hips. Saw my GP yesterday - who is pretty sure it has been caused by the femera (hormone blocker) due to having breast cancer. Anyway I will stop taking them in June so that's ok. I already take calcium tablets with small amount of vit D3. Now I need to take a vit D3 ampoule once a month too.

So all's ok.

Love

Alison xx

If you are taking calcium and D3 you should look into K2 as well. It helps the body distribute calcium.

Thanks for that

I will research that, I don't know anything about K2

I've read from many sources that if we take calcium for our bones, we also need not only D3 but also K2, (MK7). K2 helps direct that supplemental calcium to our bones, rather than to our arteries.
