Hi Neshir

Any foods that help you maintain a health gut and are antioxidant and help get rid of free radicals are good. Red fruit and veg are great. There is also a book called 'minding my mitochondria '. The doctor who wrote it has MS but any disease which affects mitachondrian health will benefit from the recipes she has put together. You can search for the book on Amazon.

Hope this helps!

I just try to eat as healthy as possible! I avoid processed foods and sugar, as I try to eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies. I'm not allergic to gluten, although I limit anything with gluten (breads, etc.), as I feel better this way! My best to you..., ;o)
