I want to share a trick I find very useful in dealing with my anxiety and stress.

BREATH IN FOR DEEPLY FOR 4 SECONDS

HOLD IT IN FOR 7 SECONDS

AND THEN BREATH OUT SLOWLY FOR 8 SECONDS..

HAS ANYONE GOT ANY OTHER METHODS TO DEAL WITH STRESS ETC?

Thank you, I often use that breath for helping to go to sleep. In a stressful situation I bring my attention back to the centre of my head ( rather than going to the situation which is outside of me ) and imagine myself in a golden bubble, knowing the situation does not have to effect me. If you go to a “course in mastering alchemy “ website, you will see some free videos “the grounding cord “and “the rose 🌹 “videos really help with stress (. It’s helped me so much that I have bought the book and signed up to level 2,) but there is plenty of free stuff on the website
