BREATH IN FOR DEEPLY FOR 4 SECONDS
HOLD IT IN FOR 7 SECONDS
AND THEN BREATH OUT SLOWLY FOR 8 SECONDS..
HAS ANYONE GOT ANY OTHER METHODS TO DEAL WITH STRESS ETC?

Thank you, I often use that breath for helping to go to sleep. In a stressful situation I bring my attention back to the centre of my head ( rather than going to the situation which is outside of me ) and imagine myself in a golden bubble, knowing the situation does not have to effect me.
