Hi vtx1800

The muscles in our legs are the largest in our body and therefore burn the most calories. When you become less mobile and are not using these leg muscles as much you do not require to eat as many calories. My advice would be to ask your GP to be referred to a dietician who will be able to calculate your daily calorie needs and advise you on your diet.

If your not mobile enough just do some floor exercises/yoga. SIMPLES

I have lost over 2 st with Slimming World and feel so much better. Its not really a diet - its a very healthy way of life. Can highly recommend them and no calorie counting. Chris
