I have been told ! Might have members disease but if I don't have any more dizzy spells its not had tinnitus for years seems louder than used to be taking betahistin e some times walk off balance can you drive with this no one says not is this members i don't suffer headaches or dizzy mess now

You must mean Ménière’s disease. It would be best to be evaluated by a qualified Ear, Nose, Throat Doctor and, perhaps, a neurologist. I have Ataxia, and sometimes have dizziness and headaches. Also, I always have ringing in the ears.
