Thought I'd hit rock bottom before lunch, tidying up the house etc (fortunately someone bought over lunch ready cooked on a tray) coordination gone to pieces. So I had a quick 20 minute snooze after and it was like hitting the reset button. I've noticed this before, a bit of food and a snooze helps.
Anyone else find this?

The reason that you feel tired after food is that your body needs energy to digest it. I put off breakfast until late morning and always take a break afterwards. If you were at work you would get a lunch break and the French sleep all afternoon!!
I've fallen into this habit as well. Just a bit different. I sleep 2-3 hours after each meal. When I wake up I have about 4-5 hrs of energy to do things. I've adapted to this well except for weight gain. I need to exercise more!
