Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your messages of support

I’m home after 2 weeks in a psychiatric hospital and am now under the crisis Team who will decide whether I’m ready to be discharged to the local community mental health team

And then to have someone bereavement counselling, but just taking one day at a time at the moment.

Once again a huge thank you to everyone that took the time to respond to post A comment on trying to lift my mood.
