I had a bad burst last Mon. and luckily my mum stays in same street. Been there a week but it's dries out enuf. Imagine, I'm a plumber but stopcock under sink so I couldn't reach it. Hour and half later sparky arrived. I got kicked oot but sparky pushed me down to mums so not all council workers are prick. Many thnx to him.
