Trehalose

Does anyone know how much Trehalose I should take each day? Do I take it by the spoonful or in drinks? I am diabetic but I will try anything.

TREHALOSE is classed as a sugar, Dabetes UK say it will raise blood glucose levels. Diabetics must be especially careful of their diet, re sugars and carbohydrates. No matter what you've read here, I would urge you to discuss this with your Diabetic Clinic or Nurse, before actually spending any money. 🤔xB

I dont know how much trehalose should be taken, I'm still waiting for my order... But I read it should absorb better if taken sub-lingually...
