Hi - my consultant has referred me to the hospital dizzy team .

Hi Anna :-)

I don't know what Dizzy Team' is but....

My GP referred me to the Falls and Syncopy Dept, in an effort to find out

why balance was poor and I was having falls. They did various tests which

confirmed I had Nystagmus, and possibly a type of vertigo (BPPV). The

result of one of the tests (Tilt Table) led me to having an MRI which showed

Cerebellar Atrophy.

I've also seen a Neurophysio, who treated me for vertigo.

I hope you'll let us know what happens :-) xB
