google says it could be peripheral neuropathy. What do, I DON'T KNOW.

Peripheral Neuropathy is disconcerting but quite common.

My face and even teeth can have the sensation, and that's

before fixed braces :-)

I've never taken anything but although ordinary painkillers

are said to have little effect, GP's can prescribe medication

for nerve pain,. Although you need to bear in mind, it's

always possible you may have side effects to contend with.

The basic advice seems to be, keep your weight under control

and exercise as much as your condition permits. Needless to

say, smoking and alcohol are said not to help. :-) xB

I have a problem with pins n needles in my hands during the night, but I take tablets which I have been on for about 10 years. I have bad circulation (Raynauds) it runs in my family. Usually when the weather changes at this time of year I can reduce at amount of tablets I take. I have had to take more this last week I think I might need stronger tablets.

Not what you're looking for?
