I get moterbility and low rate dal I. Have been turned down 3times last time at appeal I did not go I was not up to it my doc wrote letter explaining why I was trying for higher rate can anyone help thanks dave

Thank you for your post. I am sorry you are having a tough time at the moment.

Usually people are only eligible for Motability if they are on high-rate DLA. Have you been on high rate DLA in the past? What type of ataxia do you have?
