Thanks to all who replied to my blog.Decided copd will have to live with me rather than me live with it !!!!!!! Not going to go daft,but just go a bit slower at things,instead of ending up totally knackered.LIFE is for living and am going to give it my best shot.. PS it has only taking me a year to work this out !!!!!!! what a numpty was i.
