Circulatory when the hands and feet are getting cold on a warm body it needs something stirring the circulatory into active operation not a workout only active should do it or find a cardiologist if it does nothing.
Don't sit for too long to keep circulation going, also check with your doc about this I am sure the doc will advise you further.
After checking things are ok with the doc and if the problem persists you might want to invest in something like this:

I believe Kleeneze do them as well, not sure of price comparisons but with a web search 'heated boot' you may find there are other options available. Shop Mobility may do one too.
Boycotting amazon guardian.co.uk/commentisfre... it is a free world for some with tax. Would benefits be cut if they paid tax make informed choices

Hi respectfully, I have the same problem and I'm going to phone up and buy these NASA thermal gloves and socks tommorow! my hands and feet seem to get spasms and contort, its realy painful,I don't know what causes it,hopefully these will work!
try sitting with your feet up on a small footstool - helps with the circulation and also keeping your feet off the floor avoids the draughts
also circle your feet round & round and up & down as often as you can
my house is very draughty, especially when there's a north wind as there is now, so I have a thick curtain across my front door, central heating, roaring fire, thick socks, furry booties and feet up on a stool! and there's still plenty of wind whistling through - don't know how I'd survive if I lived in Scotland, brrrrr
love, ff x
Hi do your hands often feel cold as well or just your feet? If both you could have raynauds disease. Its not serious but you need to see a dr to check it out. A girl at work had it and she just had to make sure she kept her hands and feet warm. It didn't affect any other part of her life so don't worry.
Let me know how you get on.
