How is everyone getting on with PR?

(3rd week over!)

I had a bad day yesterday just really tired, did what I could but was getting way out of breath, so did a little of each exercise. Back on Monday hoping I feel full of energy and well rested by then Val :) x

Sorry to learn you have not been too good val.I wish i could get a PR course.May be you have not been too good due to the high humidity over the past few days.I know my breathing/tiredness has worsened,i,m putting it down to the weather,hope i,m right ! keep your chin up.best wishes & better breathing to you x

You are probably right the weather has a lot to do with it, a little better today thanks. They do the PR at the Freeman that's were I go why not ask for a referral they are good there, it's on a Monday and Thursday afternoon I hope to continue some sort of exercise when it's finished Val

I asked my doc about it,but he wasn,t listening.i have a referal to see a respitory consultant in sept,at Queen Elizabeth.see what he says eh ? best wishes x

Yes do keep trying them, they don't do a PR at Hexham my local hospital many thanks Val x

Oh it was hot last night mind having the concentrator in the bedroom doesn't help! It does effect your breathing many thanks Val :) x
