Oh don't mention my whip on here people will be more than shocked at the thought of it 😂😂😂😂I have put him on a diet he's not large by any means but a change to more leafy greens etc all the wonderful things like chocolate and cake are in the past for him ... And we have so many cafes in the High St and a Thorntons 😂😂😂

🤣no quick whip rounds for you then😂😂 I must say that I feel Mr Bb’s pain, as I’ve just started a keto diet to see if it helps with my various health issues. There isn’t a Thorntons on the high street here thank goodness but there is a rather splendid coffee shop with all sorts of delicious cakes in the window. I’ve not been had up for loitering and staring longingly yet but I feel it might happen🤣🤣

Hubby loves the whippings sadly I have to resist for the moment due to his health issues....😂Headlines in the next few months will appear to say you have been arrested for dribbling and the shop owners will be pleased 😀

Keto diet ...Will this help you..in the long run ...I would rather shove my face with cake 🎂 🥮 😂

As for the keto diet, to be honest I don’t know if it’ll help but figure it’s worth a try. At the moment I seem to be collecting ailments in the way others collect stamps 😂 I’ve a big birthday coming up this year, so I thought it high time to give myself a stiff talking to and see what I can do to help myself, hence the keto diet. There seems to be some evidence that it can help with heart failure (the latest stamp added to my collection 🙄) Mind you, there’s still a small part of me wondering if there’s any way I can work a bit of chocolate into this keto diet lark here or there 🤔😂😂

I must admit I have removed all chocolate and crisps from around the house and adding more green stuff to the Waitrose online shopping list 😂My weight has never changed much since I was 30 so I'm OK with that I'm around 10 stone... and very tall at 5 ft 😂...

I hope the keto thing works out for you and all the ailments that you have been shortlisted for get better or more manageable... I do miss my roast chicken crisps and Bounty bar though 😩
