My asthma is the worst it's ever been anything sets it off, I had to go to the doctors again today and good job I did needed yet another inhaler I'm on fostair, tiotropium and salbutamol now so yeah alot and the prednisolone tablets so hopefully this should help clear up what ever is aggrevating my breathing so much. I have my asthma review on the 1st July aswell so hopefully they can help aswell.

Good morning Yumz199725. Hope you start to feel better soon. You certainly have had your share of health problems recently. Brian

It must be really difficult for you being so young as well. I think it's half expected for older people to get health problems. But sadly it is the look of the draw. Brian

Have you been tested for allergies Yumz . My grandson when younger had terrible asthma and chest infections and the hospital where they lived inTerenerife put him on a two year course of injections for allergies, he now rarely uses his inhaler, it maybe worth asking your gp x

I was tested for allergies a long time ago, I have a severe allergy to dust, pollen, but at the moment pretty much any thing triggers my asthma x

They did find any allergies with my grandson but put him on the course to see of it would help and luckily it did. x

Hi Yumz, Are you on 40mg prednisolone a day ? Have you been checked for infection ? If you don't improve, I would advise you to ask to see your Asthma Nurse before July.

I hope its gets better soon

I am on 5mg 6 tablets a day so I think thats 30 x. My GP did try to get me in sooner to see my asthma nurse but she couldn't so just have to wait till the 1st of July, aw my time of the month is hitting me hard, I feel wobbly when I stand up, feel sick dizzy just rotten, I did my temprature it's 35.5 so it's not high but bit low to he honest. How's u feeling hope you get to have your surgery soon x

I thought the standard dose was 40mg , maybe it's different for everyone.T.O.M on top will make you feel pretty rubbish over all.

I had Womb Cancer, full hysterectomy. I don't miss. T.O.M at all !

Rest as much as you can Yumz.

I had to start another course of amoxocillin 500. I'm finally feeling better! It's been 3 weeks. I'm now on a slow taper off the steroids so I don't get Adrenal crash as I've been on and off steroids since Jan.

My surgery is week today. I can't wait !

I'm the only one who isn't nervous about it!

Quick recovery to you Yumz

I feel for you. I had a bad year last year and strangely going onto a steroid nasal spray seemed to do the trick. Hope you feel better soon xx
