Thank's I hope so, had a lot of these procedures, this has been good as it getting home quicker. But never as many spasms, at least now stopped hurting. New day tomorrow, should be fine after a good sleep.
I’m glad the op went well Ern. Those spasms sound nasty though. I hope you were able to get some relief from the pain and you’re feeling better after a night’s sleep x
Thank you TC , Spasms worst ever but touch wood, on better side. I got rid of most of the pain part yesterday with morphine. but the spasms so weird. I got some sleep, interupted but got lots, x
I hope you managed some sleep last night and feel more comfortable this morning. Don't like the sound of the spasms. They sound very painful. Hope you don't have any today. Xx Moy
So pleased everything went well with your operation Ern007. Just hope the Spasms settle down soon for you. Rest up and recover from your operation. Brian

I know the feeling, I listen to borrowbox at night to help me to sleep - and sometimes during the day, (it’s a free library app also available in the UK). I’m from Ireland.
Go into the App Store and download it.
All library members are eligible to use it. Join the library if need b.
I can “set” it to turn off anytime, from end of a chapter, or in 10,20,30minutes etc.,
Once it’s installed it’s easy to use. The choice of books is huge.
During the day I listen to it thru my hearing aids. At night I listen without them. U can do either.
If interested try it. The radio is perhaps more to your liking, both are only suggestions.
I too luve on Ireland Bernardine. Don't sleep well at all. I read a lot but my eyes get vety tired and sore. Borrowbox sounds v interesting. Do I just enquire at my local library to get it? Thanks
Sore eyes: Ask the GP to prescribe Halo eye drops and Halo Night an ointment, occasionally I use both.
Join the local library, use your membership number to access the borrowbox site. Ask for help while u are there, never b afraid to ask for help, they will b pleased to assist.
Thanks Bernardine, I have Theoloze drops for my eyes but not making a great difference so I'll try Halo. I am a member of local library, but these days don't get there often with mobility probs and severe pain when moving. I'll phone and see if they can help me. So happy I joined this site.
Hello Ern. Glad the op went well. I hope you had a good night's sleep and that the spams have abated. Fingers crossed that the medics will come up with some ideas that you like. xxxx
Pleased to hear of your recovery, Ern. Do hope the spasms reduce a lot. The morphine will certainly help; sometimes it takes a while to kick in, but go with it. Wishing you well. xx 🙂🙂🌸🌷🌼
Thank you BB - My morphine is really for my neck and shoulders and does help with spasms - safer and less side effects than anti spasm meds ,On better side this moring, but shoulder kicking in
Hi Ern, so pleased the op went well but sorry you've had such bad spasms. Fingers crossed they're better (or hopefully gone) today🤞. You have such a lot to deal with and are very proactive in self help. Your family must be very proud of you 🙂. Take great care xxxx
hope that it is better now a day later. its not good going for a procedure knowing that it will make it worse temporarily. or that you wll hav eto repeay it again in time . so hope it was a one off this time
