Hi I have been on Trimbow for a year now and I do get cramps in my lower legs and feet but this is mainly at night, hope this helps.

Yes!! Arms legs and it makes my chest bones feel broken as in, any weight has me shouting out. My poor cat went literally flying when she climbed up to Bob her nose onto mine. I felt very unwell on it, I've had to stop taking it and will speak to my nurse on Monday. I forgot to rinse my mouth at work over the weekend and it's made my mouth m gums bleed when I eat. Awful stuff. I'm saddened because these things affect me dreadfully and I'm worried I won't be able to tolerate anything. I've had the single brown one, trimbow and fostair. All make my lungs and body feel worse. The only thing that helped was prednisolone which also stopped the arthritic burning in my neck too. Good luck I'd say if it gets worse or doesn't subside go back n talk to his prescriber.

Lol bloody awful isn't it!!! (No pun intended) no I shan't be making that mistake again either!! Seriously though I wish they would give a little more information other than "make sure you rinse your mouth out" if it's going to have serious effects inside your mouth they need to be more clear as to why it's IMPERATIVE that you rinse because of the painful sores and the blessing gums. It made the lining of my mouth so thin it was all bleeding. I feel it's almost irresponsible but I digress. Flat it works for you, I've tried twice now and I just can't take the bone pain
