I have one , but it now spends its time in a drawer .

They are not suitable for everyone , check the contraindications first .

If you type aerosure into the search box top right hand side of this page , previous replies about them will appear .

Is this a flutter device for loosening mucous? If so, your respiratory team can prescribe a similar device and teach you how to use it effectively.

i have one, but didn’t find it very effective. However, we are all different and what suits one person might not suit another.

I hope, if you buy one, it helps you. 🙂

If it's a flutter device,dr can prescribe an aerobika

Mine is in my draw as well, an expensive mistake I'm afraid.

Ask your doctor or respiratory team. If they think it would help, they will prescribe a device such as an Acapella or an AeroBika.

I bought one a few years ago. Because it was expensive (for me, anyway!) I used it religiously twice a day for about 3 years......

THEN I DISCOVERED A MOUTHORGAN (Harmonica!)

I works just as well - and is MUCH MORE FUN!!!!!

they are very expensive and advertised as a lung exercise, depends on what you need it for, if it’s to improve lung function then you are probably better off with pulmonary rehab. If it’s for lung clearance then a flutter device is best and these can be obtained on prescription from you respiratory team. You can always try blowing through a straw into a 1 litre jug of water which has a similar effect to the flutter device. Word of caution if like me you are prone to lung bleeds don’t use any of these devices. I was going to get one then read the small print which advises against using one. The physio on the pulmonary rehab course I did explained all this to me and this is backed up by my hospice physio.
