Can anyone share advice? I have had Bronchiectasis for over 20 years, if not lifelong. And now I have the vascular disease MPA, or Microscopic Polyangiitis. I have become short of breath upon exertion.

Hi GinnyMa I also have mpa and Bronchiectasis. My MPA came first. I’ve read that it’s quite common for people with vasculitis to get Bronchiectasis. In my case helped by all the chest infections while being immune suppressed. I get a bit breathless especially in this weather and in very hot weather. I usually stop take a few breaths and go again. It your mpa isn’t under control yet you maybe need to be pacing yourself a bit more.
