It looks like we are in for some very cold weather here in the UK.

We all know how important it is if you have a lung condition to look after ourselves in cold weather.

Yes Debs, the Arctic blast has definitely arrived here in Yorkshire today.

We went out for my dental appointment this morning and it was brutal. That's me staying in for the duration.

The heating is on, sod the bills.

Same here Lydiarose! I’ve got arthritis, amongst other things and just seize up when I’m cold. I’ll just have to take out a mortgage in the Spring to pay the gas bill!!

Thanks for the link. I’ve got a lung disease and RA so a double whammy when it comes to cold weather. So far I haven’t put the heating on, but today, Wednesday, the temperature has dropped to 1 degree, might be the day!

thanks for reminder. I was born with PCD, cold bad for lungs, was told 50 years ago that desert island on my own would be best. Failing that keep in warm, so my heating is on high. Big frost here in West Midlands today. x

Hi ghoustrider here i have had to stop going out at night now due to the cold . even to the bin this cold snap is making it harder for me to breathe
