It certainly does! Hope you feel a little better but beware & take it easy, it can take several weeks to fully recover.

PS steroids can have that effect on you

I am on this for plantar fasciitis! Pneumonia tho? Thought you'd need something stronger?

My late husband Bob used to call pred 'magic bullets' because of the amazing effect they had on him when he came down with pneumonia on top of his severe COPD. He asked the GP to prescribe them all the time, but was told no because of all their long term side effects.

Not placebo, steroids make you feel like a superhero! Careful when you stop, then it is the complete opposite

I have IPF Sarcoid and have been on Prednisolone about 3 years and am hoping to go on to Nintedanib the latter is supposed to slow down scarring and is a fairly new medication

Prednisolone is used for a fairly wide range of medical problems apparently not solely Fibrosis

Do hope you feel benefits from this. I think we all live with hope Take care

i do. The mucus is moving much better. Nose much better
