Sunday dinner

Just cooked my Sunday dinner some baby potatoes a huge portabello mushroom and a lovely steak I marinated from last night in finely chopped onion peppers and JD !!! Sat outside enjoying a beautiful dinner looking at beautiful views.

In honesty the steak was a really nice cut for only two euros around 1.50 pounds veggies are cheap and everything was from the island except the JD 😂😂

It's sooo true I'm thinking about what else I can put JD on 😂😂😂 I know it's good on porridge and most meats good on ice cream going to try flambeau pancakes in it next 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Now a nice chocolate pudding injected with JD , so when burst open the chocolate & JD dribbles out.. now that would be lovely with bit of double cream or salted caramel ice cream mmmm
