Hello kind lung people!!

β€’7 Replies

I thought I'd drop in for a bit.

I am now on trimbow inhaler and although I am not up skipping and jumping it has made a difference.

What holds me together is staminer .

Like walking to the shop and it feeling like the last push to the summit on eEverest.

Just like trying to make my heart beat go over 140 BPM.

Chilling to the point my pulse can read

42 BPM.

The important thing is just not to panic.

Each day as it comes. Every moment being aware of what's happening externally.

They call me the ninja because ( they not knowing find me difficult to stop completely)

Don't take to many illigal additives.

Don't blunt yourself to what your body is doing.

Above all don't panic.

Look after yourself whilst at least giving yourself a small low level adventure.

Never , never give up!!

Life's for the living.

Amber

Hi Amber Absolutely agree with you 100%. I am a big 6ft guy and was told in the same week I needed a pacemaker and had severe copd and it hit me hard about the copd. But after hearing people talking about it on here and adjustments to my life I am back to my normal positive attitude and just enjoy life everyday. Take care and hope all goes well. Brian
