Chest Pain

I had a serious pain in my neck , I wasn't able to sleep, it was as if am going to die that night, then later on it move to the shoulders causing pains in my shoulders region, I took drugs and it reduced, and now it came to the heart causing pains in my chest then moved to my back causing pain, now I can't sleep, just being awake in the night while others are sleeping.

Please someone help me, what can this be called.

This must be very scary for you. I really don't know what it is and it is difficult for anyone here to diagnose your pain. My best advice would be to seek medical assistance as soon as possible. It's better not to take any risks. I don't know what the medical services are like where you are, I have a feeling you are not in the U.K. but please call an ambulance if this worsens.
