Have you tried this type of mask? I find them ok for short amounts of time.

CyprusPat - I don’t know if anyone else can see the recommended mask, but unfortunately I can’t see your picture.

You don't actually need one of course, but you can just make your own.

Sadly anyone, exempt or not, could buy them on Amazon and many used it as an excuse not to wear a mask. I struggled with a visor until I was put on oxygen because I felt it was the right thing to do.

I was shocked when I went out after 1st lock down at the number of people out wearing Sunflower lanyards and not masks. I have had mine lanyard for 2yrs and to begin with nobody knew what is was for. It is to let people know you may need help being disabled.

Sounds like you are feeling like I am. Nobody believes you unless you are crippled up. I get people query me about the fractures in my back. It’s! Well how can you walk with four fractures in your back . Well I can’t walk too far. Or! Why haven’t you got a back brace. I haven’t been told to wear one. It gets really annoying.

It’s a little like that and I plan to go aboard soon so I probably will need one 🤗

HiI have COPD so I find the best thing to do if you can't wear a mask like me is to simply wear a viser got mine from Amazon.

Hope this helps.
