Hi. Not been on here for a good while. I now. 21 months. Post double lung. Transplant. Things have gone very well. Physically. Mentally. Been tough. But I not go into that. I was on herion for. 33 yrs. I. Had to stop to get on. TX list. It nearly killed me. But it had to be done. And that's. Over nearly 4 yrs ago. So. Had. A lot to learn and. Slowly surly rebuilding my life. I. Always been. A loner. And. Still am. I spilt from my. 25 yr on / off. relationship . Once and for all it's been over a year now. And I happyier now. I really have to look after myself I eat. Really well. Cook every think my self. They say. Varity. y is the spice of life. So I really try to mix it up. Plenty. Of fresh vegs salads and lean . Meats. I love my fish. And the. Oils they contain. Sooooooooooo good for. Eyes. Heart. Mind. So. That's. My. Fav. Fresh bread. And. Seafood. 1 or. 2. Boiled. Eggs aday. If you can eat. Better. You notice it. I know a lot effort. So. worth if. I don't think unless I. Forced my self to eat. Fresh. Meals that I have. got though my Transplant so well. Olives nuts. Oranges tons of tomatoes. s cheese. Kippers Beetroot. Beans. A plenty. I. Now. Got. Up coming test to. Find out how my body. Is processing. Fats. Liquids. My. Meds affect. So this is new test. Impedance 24 hours over night stay. Apart from that I Doing. A Ok. This just a. Up date. And. I think of people who are poorly. And now how it can affect your mental health. All I can say is. Stay strong and. Keep busy. Mentally. Physically. Thats. All you can. Easyier said then done I know. But. Helps you fill. That little bit better. Made part of your daily routines helps. Occupy the mind and brakes-the day up. With out my. Physio. I. Would not be here. Ok. I got to go now my. Pototoe. Wrapped in foil.cooked in a half spoon of butter 1-4 spoon salt sprinkled. Over. Big. Spud 4 months. 4. Mins in Micro wave. Wrap. Foil. Top. Of very. Hot. Oven. 20. mins on a then. 20 mins. Down. . 180 degrees. Then serve cut in half. Add. Cheese. / butter /. Tin. Beans /. Tin. Fish. Tuna. Mackreal ect. All loaded. Carbs. Energy very rich protein. Many vitimins. C. / B12. Right. Bye. Take very good care. Clear. 4 min. Mic. 20. Ful power oven 20 min 180 degree. 44 mins. That. 1. Meal ideally. You eat. 4 cupped hands full a day. Much fruit in between Adios. Laters.

Hi Tricity good to see you again and I’m pleased you’re doing well, physically anyway. Mentally is very different it seems. I admire you for kicking your heroin habit. That must have been so hard to do. You’re rebuilding your life which has to be good and eating well too. You should be proud of yourself.

Thanks. I. Got to really try I know both my parents be proud I owe to my self. And my effortpart of there. Strong lives on. Though me. Lucky I had such tough mum. Father Bye. Take very good care.
