Mullien extract

Mullien extract, just wondering if anyone has used this for COPD. This has been advertised as beneficial for COPD by putting one drop under the tongue twice a day. Hoping to hear if anyone has tried it.

Have tried very acquired taste. Didn't do much for me but other people have found it beneficial. Make sure you have a strainer and let ut brew. Happy tasting.

I tried the tea but it’s a very acquired taste!!!! Didn’t help my cough at all, so the drops may be more effective.

I'm already taking the extract, still waiting to see if it helps. Fingers crossed.x
