Has anyone tried Mullien Capsules. I've been taking these for a few days & find it helps to loosen the mucus. Would be interested to find if anyone else has tried these, & do you think it's a safe remedy to take.

Mullien
I have done some reading on it. Tests in the lab seem to indicate that it MAY play a part in reducing inflammation and a study of only 30 children indicated that it MAY have helped with earache. There has not been any human research to indicate whether it is effective or has harmful side effects.
Anecdotal reports indicate that taking it as tea is probably the most useful.
This is the kind of result that most herbal and supplemental products seem to come up with.
If you think that it helps you and you do not feel any adverse effects, why not?
I’m sure that many of us will be interested to hear how you go on.
Thank you for your input. Why isn't enough done for looking in for a cure for COPD. Aren't we worth spending money on researching this dreadful illness. Being so breathless is no joke.
I have bronchiectasis and have had it all of my life. Sometimes I get very fed up with struggling. We get sidelined in all programmes for lung conditions. Gob and breathlessness isn't sexy and so in my opinion, lung conditions of all sorts are way down the queue.
