Just a what if question because my brain works weirdly, I’ve had the first dose off the vaccine early January due to being cev,

Im obviously shielding etc.

My question is I hate my job would love to find different employment, being on the shielding list since March, what dose everyone think will happen with future employment, do you think this will go against me getting another job, just thinking 10 people applied for a job ones been shielding for ever(me) 9 other people haven’t, nobody can be sure what the future holds with future lockdowns, the effectiveness off the vaccine,

Hard to tell what would happen. Employers' reasons for taking on staff are hard to second guess. Good luck in looking for a job that suits you better, if you do decide to go for it.

It would probably depend on criteria used for selection, but in such a competitive environment at the moment, with so many losing their jobs and flooding the market, I personally would stick for a while until this pandemic eases and you could actually prove to a new employer that you are available to fully participate and not necessarily required to shield or work from home, if required to regularly attend the office, site or wherever.

I wish you good luck and really do hope you can find something more suitable and that you actually enjoy too.
