Take Aldnronic talers once a week. Do you have to take forc30 minutes. Know you have to stay upright do you gave to stay still.?

You can move around, just stay upright. Don't eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after taking it.

You can do what you’d normally do sit/stand/move/walk but no laying down and no eating! Joy x
