I think like all medicines it would depend on. why you are having problems breathing, And you yourself. As with main stream medication its not a one size fits all. So i would sugest get professional advice. As it may be contradictory to other meds you take. I would say to think about using herbal medacins alongside conventional medacins. A holistic approach is probably the best way to go.
