I was rushed in last thursday and out yesterday. I had gone off my food and just wasnt coping which I put down to isolation etc.However,a blood test showed up kidney problems and a dangerously low sodium level. I was put on a sodium drip for a day etc.I never want to be in there during Covid again.They all wore PPE which made it difficult to know who you were dealing with. No visitors so the days just stretched in front of you. Also, all the time being terrified of catching something. The food was average but at least I was eating! My daughter is looking after me at home,I couldn't be on my own at the moment. They have diagnosed Anca Vasculitis and are treating me by removing my immune system which will be great!! All in all I am a miserable little heap at the moment. Ps. I was tested for Covid, we all were.

It must have been a really miserable time without any visitors to break up the day and that is before all the constant worry with Covid.
Pleased you’re back home & now with your daughter. Hospitals are not nice at the best of times. It must have been so lonely without visitors.

Sorry to hear that you had to go in hospital at this horrible time. Glad your home and being looked after by your daughter. My hubby has just come out and he said the same long long days with no visitors.
