I've been really struggling the last few days with SOB and worse coughing than normal (and that's saying something for both lol). Have been taking my Salbutamol, Anoro Ellipta and Spiriva Respimat but I've got a very metallic/blood like taste whenever I'm coughing at the moment. Haven't had that before. Is that "normal"?
(Working diagnosis of COPD, unable to have Spirometry during COVID-19 outbreak)
Update - I was taken to hospital this morning and I have a LRTI, at least that explains why I've been worse than "normal".

I have used spiriva for many years, i did have a problem in the beginning but got used to it now and it works for me, but some people find it does not agree with them, they have tried to get me of it but i keep refusing, why fix something that is not broke, hope that helps, try doctors if it does not agree with you
Sorry that you are having episodes of SOB. I was given Spirivia and had a bad reaction after only two doses. In my situation in felt like my throat was closing up. Stopped taking it and have not been able to follow up with Pulmonary clinic due to COVID-19. I do not use anything currently other than allergy mediation and thankfully have been managing okay. Sorry I couldn't be of any help.
