Hi, just got a text message from NHS saying I was someone at risk of severe illness if I got coronavirus. I mustremainat home for a minimum of 12 weeks, they will send me more messages with information. I can open a window but must stay inside.

Yes i have had it too this afternoon, open a window, but surely if you have a private garden you can go out in it?

I'm going to try & sneak out into back garden , am surrounded by 6ft high wooden fence, makes it a suntrap. Need to do some weeding & planting up tubs. If get bored will go into summerhouse & do some crochet or read. Take care & stay safe
