I often seem to be like that in the winter as there's always a few with colds at work but hopefully you'll start to pick up soon. Try using first defence at the first sign of a cold and I carry hand sanitizer with me as it's usually touching stuff that gives you a cold, door handles etc. I use it before I eat with my hands and try to avoid touching your mouth and nose if you haven't used it. It's a nuisance but it does help cut down on infections :)

Some people are to be like that, its so hard to try and stay away from people. But as long as you are ok its fine, just inconvenient. If your chest gets worse you may need antibiotics but just keep an eye on it. Take care let us know how you are please.enjoy your day😊 xxx Bernadette

I am on steroids and antibiotics at least 2 and a half weeks of a month, I struggle you breathe each morning and when I do anything, I use cold presenters like first defense and paracetamol and I use hand sanitizer , it's starting to feel like I can't go out

Hi Teeko,

I also have that problem. Your immune system is down and you need to investigate ways to improve it. It could be many things. Allergies may bring you down. Certain foods may not agree with you or - are you getting enough vitamins and minerals in the food you do eat. Sleep is also good for the health of your body. Certain medications may also affect your immune system but unfortunately, if we need them, we can only look to other areas to help.

For me keeping warm and breathing in warm air is also a help if I am fighting something. I pay a huge electricity bill but I keep the fan heater on at night if I am fighting a chest infection. Just make sure it is safe! I have found certain non-medical supplements have helped me greatly but each person is different. Ones that people have sworn by haven't helped me at all and visa versa. Good Luck!

Vitamin d tablets boost immune system green veg kale spinach cabbage all brilliant xx
