I may have said this before but when I speak expansively or suddenly I get discomfort in my abdomen & it gets me down as I have anxiety as well which the doctor seems to think it is. I am not gasping just feel discomfort - maybe I just have to endure it . I am getting help at present with my OCD - just want to get back to some normality.

Hi Paul, I assume you’ve been checked over and all is well. Your doctor must have a reason for coming to the conclusion of anxiety? If it continues go back to the doctor again.
Know what you mean my chest infection has cleared but suffer anxiety and panic attacks and after chest infection clears leaves my breathing goes to pot takes me ages to do anything.
If it is getting you down to the point of you being depressed, I would consider asking your GP could you have a CT scan. Just to see. Probably and I don;t know not being a doctor, your anxiety is making you aware of this feeling in your abdomen - Good luck and being you are so anxious, see your doctor again...
