Anyone else struggling? Wheezy and tight, coughing despite the meds!!

Yeah, pollen is very high pollution is not so high today but the lack of air movement is an issue. Have air purifiers in lounge and bedroom, also have the wearable version too. Still, send a lot of the day indoors. Cough is bad and often cough so much I throw up. Thing its going to get worse as follow all the forecasts and they say it is going be extremely high pollen count and over 30 degrees. Try to stay well kind regards Lara

Thank god for my nebuliser and this fan i have here, hate this still dry air it can get hard to breath

Oh Active60 i feel for you,i am actually loving this hot dry air,it is amazing how this weather affects us all individually,hope you get some respite with a fan or similar and some relief as the evening draws in. x

Poor you and others suffering. In Africa we used to have a cool showers in the heat to feel better.

I'm lucky the heat doesn't bother me too much as long as I don't have to do too much. Pollen is another matter.

Hope you have a better day today Active60, although the thunderstorms didnt do much to clear the air in the night. I love the warm weather but really dont like this humidity, think everybody will be better once that drops x

Yes I am struggling and upped the daily steroid dose thinking it might help but it has not so far. Thanks for your post because I was thinking maybe something very wrong with me. I always loved the warm weather but it seems no longer. At least I know now that others are experiencing the same symptoms.

It certainly isn’t pleasant but mostly have stayed indoors by the fan. Going for a pub meal tomorrow I will be inside an air conditioned restaurant though. Happy I’m well enough to go out as most of winter too bad to do anything. X
