I am the same..If you feel a bit breathless wipe your face with cool flannel and sit under a fan..Breathe in for 6 and out for 12.Hope it helps xx

I used to love summer, now I suffer terribly. I know exactly how you feel. A cold flannel and my air purifiers help me a lot, also, even though it's easier said than done try and keep out of the hottest part of the day, and when you go out wear a hat. take care

I am the same the hot weather does not help me I have been to many places in Europe and spend most of the time in the shade.

I actually like our climate as I like cold weather and hot weather,unfortunately both seem to have an adverse affect on my emphysema .I,m really struggling at the moment even on 60mg prednisolone back to gp tomorrow.Good luck.D.

I have emphysema and chronic brocti.. cold and hot weather bad for me i have inhalers antibiotics in wish i take one week yes and one week no(different antibiotics)good luck to every body take care FarmerD
