He did it.

Morning all, my son Jamie went 3 rounds in his boxing match last night, he didn’t win ( didn’t expect to ) but kept standing and didn’t get knocked out ! Thankfully he didn’t get badly hurt, just got a few bruises on his face and nose. He’s raised over £700.00 so far and expects more to come now he’s finished it. He’s never boxed in his life before and the man he fought was semi professional so I think he did extremely well. He asked me to pass on his thanks to everyone for your kind words and support. I don’t think he’ll do it again but who knows as he is a bit of an adrenaline junkie ! He’ll probably find something else to do, maybe with his wife who does the iron man competitions and marathons, they’re a lovely couple, they work hard and play hard, always on the go and I’m very proud of them both. XXX

Well done to your son💞xxx

Well done Jamie, what a hero! And what a relief for you. X

Well that's a relief for you and jolly good for him. You didn't say what the other fella was like. Is he expected to recover? 😉

Very admirable. He raised funds for a great cause. So, glad he is ok.
