I feel great

After 18 months , pills and potions, then a 2 week course of Iv antibiotics I feel better than I have done in a long time . I’m still running, I take carbosistine twice a day and steroid inhaler twice a day. I went on holiday and I forgot to nebulise, in fact I haven’t nebulised for weeks, no cough no wheeze . Should I just nebulise when I need too??? I’e when I have an infection? Or am I asking for trouble by not doing it?

Hi Gamum, I think if you havent used your nebuliser and feel great then I wouldnt use it unless you feel the need. I may be wrong but think you can rely too much on these medications. Wish you all the best x
