Although my appointment is only next week. Contacted consultant secretary to ask about recent x-ray I had in a and e showing indication of emphasiuma. I said was concerned that wasn't identified in x-ray done in December..She said she would ask him to phone me tomorrow. Wow didn't think I would get that response.
Respiritory nurse came out to check me over as I am using blue inhaler daily. She said chest clear sats sitting fine. BP still low, we talked about how I was feeling. Then asked her about FENO test, she said reading high, so consultant may change medication
Advised to push fluids and bed rest. Bit disappointed I have to have bed rest lol🤣🤣🤣
That's good to know as Dr at a and e said x-ray indicated emphysema just at the tops of my lungs. Which as I said wasn't mentioned to me Febuary, so thought I would ask consultant as stressing about it. I thought it showed through c scan.
Hi Hidden Being "sent to bed" on orders from your Consultant is never nice, especially when there are things you need to be doing..........however,if you are a 🎾 tennis fan then you could watch the French Tennis Open which starts Monday! Only an idea. Do follow his recommendation though at least to rest.up and maybe let you BP drop down a bit!!!
