Hello everyone.. since being diagnosed with ILD over a year ago, i get up tired and it’s the same during the day with the mind so foggy that there’s no motivation. I’m 50 but feel 80.. Can anyone help with what excercises you might do to overcome this? 🙏🙏

Hi Singh07 I know how you feel but Have a different condition MAC. Such a foggy brain and my memory is gone. I got myself a garmin fitness watch and it has been great, it tells me how many steps I have done and my heart rate etc and when I see how many steps I have done I want to move more and get it up for my personal daily goal, I just walk around the house or on the spot throwing my arms up, gets my heartrate up to 150 which is great, or if perfect weather walk outdoors. All the best.

Hi Singh07 I do Tai Chi every day its great for clearing the mind ,helps with breathing and keeps you fit it only takes me 15/20min but its well worth the effort, tutorials are availible on youtube if there isn't a local Tai Chi club near to you hope this helps 😀👍🙏
