At my spinning session a girl in her mid 20 s on the bike next to me just couldn’t hack the stand up low gear spinning I heard the trainer ask if she smoked she said no never have . He then told her just do what you can and in a few sessions it will get easier when you get your lungs working. I just thought well it’s not just the old smokers who get breathless Take care xxx
