Does anyone have else with advanced cold get all hot and clammy like you have a temperature and giddy. I do and it is horrible, even when it is freezing cold.

Yes, sometimes. Did you measure your temperature? The body raises its temperature to help fight infection as it can make it harder for the bugs to survive while they're being attacked by the body's defences.
