taking a chance here , before I see GP tomorrow, since Xmas , I have noticed and felt a small lump, in my left nostril , which is very dry , and stops air going through. It’s annoying.
It, since first feeling it , I 🤔 has slowly increased in size.
It’s not a cold soar, but is tender ,
Anyone any idea? Thanks

it may be nasal polyps. I am allergic to aspirin and I also have asthma and COPD, and I also suffer from nasal polyps. It is very common for people who have asthma and are allergic to aspirin to also have nasal polyps. Your doctor should be able to diagnose polyps and put you in the the care of an ear, nose and throat specialist. In order to control polyps you will probably need a nasal spray such as Nasacort and you may also need to take prednisone if the polyps grow so big as to block the nostrils. Hope this helps. Good luck.
I'm no docter but could possibly be a nose polop I was checked last year but didn't have that they thought it was further up nose but was only sinus inflammation ent docter said pops were very common and can block Airways up nose but I'm not medical in any way but might be possibility just from my owen ent experience
Sore for delay, rough few days , yes she looked and found it , and felt lump, but honestly said she did not know what it was , and I told her there was a nose bleed 2 nights before, so she has referred me to ENT with a 2 week referral.
